1. Snoek

Snoek (a species of fish) can be enjoyed a variety of ways, it can be baked, poached, fried or smoked, but the traditional way to serve it is grilled over the coals with boiled sweet potatoes.

2. Kota

6. Pap (stiff porridge)

7. Vegetable relish
