Sean Moolman is founder and CEO of PowerOptimal (Pty) Ltd, a company in the field of energy management. He is also involved with the African Entrepreneurship Hub as an Associate. He is a Director of Corebridge Holdings (Pty) Ltd (an entrepreneurial & business services and investment company) and a Non-Executive Director of Navworld (Pty) Ltd (an outdoor and adventure retail company).
Before following his passion for technology innovation and entrepreneurship, he worked at the CSIR for 15 years, fulfilling various roles from researcher, project manager, research manager to Group Manager: Licensing & Ventures (where he was responsible on an organisational level for technology transfer / licensing and start-up creation & support). In the period as Group Manager: Licensing & Ventures, he facilitated 30 licence agreements and the creation of 4 start-up companies. Before he joined the CSIR, he worked in minerals processing at NECSA.
He has a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Pretoria, completed the Management Advancement Programme at Wits Business School and is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP).

Mr. Adidwa is a leader who is passionate about entrepreneurship and technology. He takes pleasure in channelling this passion through sourcing innovative solutions, that address current problems within the African continent and taking these solutions to market.
Daniel is a qualified Marketer and attained his BA Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and a Diploma in Account Management from the AAA School of Advertising. Daniel has worked at various communications agencies, where he worked on various local and international blue chip accounts.
He is passionate about the African continent, its people and the stories behind African communities. He believes that technology can play a large role in getting the world to experience real African Stories. He currently holds the position of CEO of Tour2.0 and Vice-Chairman of the Regional Tourism Association of Southern Africa (RETOSA) youth steering committee.
Richard Fearon is an Entrepreneur in Residence at South African based Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, a ZAR 2 billion research and development institute and the largest of its kind in Africa.
He is responsible for strategic and hands on support of commercialization, new venture establishment and licensing initiatives. He works together with organisation managers, employees and customers to formulate and execute long-term strategies and go to market plans for a variety of technology solutions.
Richard is committed to empowerment and believes that this can be achieved through innovation and bridging the digital divide. His commitment to empowerment is demonstrated by his direct involvement in an advisory role to CEOs, funders and IP partners, contributing to Internationalisation strategy, strategic relationship development, business development support and on ground operations and execution.
During his 40 years in business he has held a variety of leadership positions in global industries including being a lead player in establishing Apple Computer in South Africa (twice). Prior to joining CSIR in October 2012, he was CEO of Garmin Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd., at the time one of Africa's top 10 privately owned technology organisations. He served as a board member and CEO of Garmin Distribution Africa (Pty) LTD, directing and leading the group of companies.
In addition, Fearon has successfully sold a number of companies, both Internationally and locally.

Mr. Mubaarak is an individual who is passionate about all things involving technology. He sincerely believes that Software Developers are the modern day Leonardo Da Vincis', who use computers as a platform to express their creativity.
Diamond is an experienced Software Engineer who believes that innovation plays a big role in addressing current problems. His work within Tour2.0 involves translating ideas into functional products and service offerings that work seamlessly.
His experience ranges from desktop and mobile application (iOS, Android, Windows phone and Blackberry) development to web development, game development and database administration.
He currently holds a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Certificates in Advanced Java and other Programming Languages, and B.Sc in Computer Science (UNISA). In addition to this he is also on the path of acquiring a Commercial Pilot’s License in aviation after achieving his Private Pilot’s License.
Ms. Daza is an individual who is passionate about learning different cultures and teaching others about what makes her culture amazing. It was during her time in high school that her love for the tourism industry grew and when she graduated from High School she received a learnership to study Hospitality Management at International Hotel School.
Asanda is responsible for scouting for new community experiences and also ensuring that they meet Tour2.0’s standards. She is also responsible for researching, developing new itineraries and identifying local partners within communities.
Asanda has attained various certificates from the International Hotel School and she is also an accredited provincial tour guide.
