Stanley was born in Coldstream, a small village in Eastern Cape of South Africa. He is an artist who is passionate about the promotion of indigenous cultures and art.
His subject matter (Art) reflects the cultural arts of the Khoisan and Xhosa cultures, the South African landscape and vanishing villages. In addition to this he also writes and illustrates story books for children.
He also aims to educate locals and visitors about the Khoisan culture and heritage.
